1.  composite siding instead of vinyl on the front elevation.
2. consider building out attic as storage/additional living space.

1. adjust site plan to further priortize parking off of the alley, and detail the site plan based on this prioritization.
2. Present options at schematic approval

• Changing all of the light fixtures colors from black to white to match the houses better
  
• switching the coloring of two houses in the middle, houses 2 and 3
• Adjusting the trash pads to pavers instead, and moving them to edges of the homes-- possibly consolidating them 
• Friendly advice: Consider a door color change, and keeping the landscaping on the back of the house
